This copy is personally inscribed to Eric in red ink and signed by Bruce Kirkby, with a small smiley face. Portions of the handwritten message are difficult to decipher, but the author's signature is clearly present.
The book and dust jacket are in Very Good condition according to the seller. The jacket is now housed in a removable clear plastic protective cover.
