Written from the perspective of one of hockey's most celebrated couples, it covers Gordie Howe's remarkable playing career alongside the family, personal, and business story he shared with Colleen. The volume is illustrated throughout with historical black-and-white photographs.
Gordie Howe, famously known as “Mr. Hockey,” was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1972. His career included four Stanley Cup championships with Detroit, six Hart Trophies as the NHL's most valuable player, and six Art Ross Trophies as the league's leading scorer, giving this personal account lasting appeal for hockey readers and collectors.
This copy is double signed in red ink by Gordie Howe and Colleen Howe on a decorative Power Play Publications signature bookplate. Both signatures are clearly visible, and there is no personalization or recipient's name on the signed plate.
