The Attic, the Pearls & Three Fine Girls
A signed first-edition softcover of The Attic, the Pearls & Three Fine Girls, collectively written by Jennifer Brewin, Leah Cherniak, Ann-Marie MacDonald, Alisa Palmer and Martha Ross. First published by Scirocco Drama in 1999, this Canadian play was a finalist for the Dora Mavor Moore Award for Outstanding New Play.
The comedy follows three very different sisters—corporate executive Jayne, professor Jojo and artist Jelly—as they gather after their father’s death. Their return to the family attic brings back childhood memories, old conflicts and the search for their mother’s missing pearls, forcing the sisters to reconsider their relationships and future together.
Several handwritten signatures appear on the title page; please refer closely to the signature photograph for placement and identification. The copy is in Very Good condition with light handling and minor exterior edge or corner wear. It is a softcover with dust jacket, and the cover is now protected by clear removable plastic. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
