David Jeremiah

Dr. David Jeremiah (born February 13, 1941) is a globally recognized American evangelical Christian pastor, bestselling author, and media pioneer whose multi-generation broadcast ministries reach millions of individuals across the globe. Born in Toledo, Ohio, and educated with a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctorate from Cedarville University, he succeeded his father as a prominent church leader before relocating to Southern California. In 1981, he became the senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California, transforming the local congregation into a massive, multi-campus megachurch. Recognizing the power of mass media, Jeremiah founded Turning Point Ministries in 1982, launching a local San Diego broadcast that has scaled into an international multimedia empire syndicated across thousands of radio and television networks worldwide. A highly prolific author, he has penned more than 50 books blending biblical prophecy, spiritual leadership, and contemporary cultural analysis, including The Book of Signs, Agents of Babylon, and his #1 New York Times bestseller, The Great Disappearance: 31 Ways to Be Ready for the Rapture.
